Coaching method (3 phase structure)

Phase 1
A three-conversation with coachee, linemanager and coach. Followed by the intake with the coachee. The coaching process will start when coachee and coach have an agreement. The coaching contract will be drawn up, consisting the coaching question. This coaching question is key in the process. It determines the coaching method and is used as backbone of the development journey.

Phase 2
A number of coaching sessions will take place. Each session takes approximately 1½ hours and have a biweekly character. A coaching location is chosen where the coachee feels comfortable.

Phase 3
A three-conversation will take place after finalizing the process. All participants will reflect on the process. The coachee will have a final evaluation with the coach.
The coach drafts a final report in which line manager and coachee get tips and advice to safeguard and follow up on the results obtained.

Basic process

Medium process

• A three-conversation (line manager, coachee and coach)
• 9-10 one-on-one sessions

• Evaluation with coachee and coach
• Final report drafted by the coach

• A three-conversation with line manager, coachee and coach
• 14-15 one-on-one sessions
• A three-evaluation with line manager, coachee and coach
• Final report drafted by the coach

Workshop
A coaching workshop is meant to give insights on coaching, influence on organisation through coaching as well as to transfer knowledge on the first basics of coaching methods. The workshop can be made company fit.

Meetings and group sessions
For meetings (with coachee and/or linemanager) to determine possible future coaching € 190 will be charged. If as a result of this a process is chosen these costs will be deducted from the desired coaching process.

For coaching sessions with a team/group  € 30 per person is charged per session

Advisory process suitable for the client organisation.

Cancellations
For rescheduling or cancelling sessions approx. 48 - 24 hrs before the appointment 50% of the session price will be charged. Within 24 hours 100%.

Travel expenses 
€ 0,22 per kilometer

Payment
50% of the process rate will be invoiced upon approval of the client, before starting the process. At the end of the process the remaining costs will be invoiced.
